Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, Esquire... all the big covers. Every year i buy the Vanity Fair Hollywood Issue where she does this huge portrait layout (usually over a 3 page fold out cover).

this is the image I thought of when I first saw that top one... this is from last years Feb cover of rollings stone I believe
